Analysis
Nine markers are scored and rolled up into one overall score you can read at a glance, in under a minute.
Talk to Sam
Your result is a starting point for conversation — bring it to your consultation, or book straight from your result.
Nine markers, one score
Each marker is a rough, illustrative estimate out of 100 — not a clinical measurement. Lower scores are simply worth a conversation.
A scan is not a diagnosis.
It’s a general AI impression from an ordinary photo. It cannot identify skin cancer or any medical condition, it does not prescribe, and it never replaces a proper consultation. If something on your skin concerns you medically, see your GP.
Kept only to send you your result.
- A copy is kept so it can be included in the results email you receive.
- Deleted automatically after 30 days — nothing is kept beyond that.
- Never shared, and never added to a clinic record unless you visit in person and Sam runs a scan there herself.

Overall Skin Score
—
Do I still need a consultation?
Yes — the scan is a starting point, not a substitute. It gives you and Sam something concrete to talk through when you come in.
How accurate is it?
It’s a general AI impression from a single photo, not a clinical measurement — lighting and camera quality can shift the numbers as much as your actual skin does. Treat it as a conversation starter, not a verdict.
Can I scan again to track progress?
Yes, any time — each online scan stands on its own. If you’re a regular in-clinic client, Sam can also track your progress visit to visit on her own tablet.
How do I delete my photograph?
Your photo is kept only so it can be included in the results email, and is deleted automatically after 30 days. If you’d like it removed sooner, just get in touch and we’ll delete it straight away. If you’ve had a scan in person with Sam, just ask her and she’ll remove it from your record too.
